Model files for a Report structured in chapters Rapport en français

The file report.tex, to be compiled with pdflatex, should give you a basis to write a Project or Training Report structured in chapters.

Those of you who do not have the fancyheadings.sty package (to control page headings) should download it.

You will also need to download the logo of the École des Mines and the logo of the Lemta; indeed I will show you how to include an image in a Report.

Last but not least, a valuable Report should present a bibliography. Please download my bibliographic style myjfm.bst and a small bibliographic database biblio.bib. With bibtex you should then obtain a fair bibliography at the end of your Report.

Under LINUX the compilation of report.tex runs as follows:

 > pdflatex report
-> creates notably the files report.aux for cross-references and report.toc for the table of contents.

 > bibtex report
-> creates the files report.bbl and report.blg for the bibliography.

 > pdflatex report
-> takes the previous files into account.

 > pdflatex report
-> two passes are needed...

At the end you will hopefully obtain report.pdf !

Now, it's your turn !...

Here you will find another bibliographic database which is `turbulence' oriented : bibturbu.bib.
